With over 30 years of experience, Steve has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in state, federal, and administrative courts. He handles a wide range of legal matters, including commercial litigation, contract disputes, landlord-tenant issues, collections, foreclosures, replevin actions, construction defects, mechanic’s liens, and more.
Steve represents both plaintiffs and defendants, with clients spanning banks, management companies, lenders, construction firms, car dealerships, small businesses, and individuals. His notable successes include securing a jury verdict win for a subcontractor in a breach of contract case, negotiating a significant reduction in a federal civil lawsuit, and successfully suing a local sheriff’s department for excessive force.
