Hired Attorney

Very hard time in my personal life was made much better because I chose Mr. Kinnaird to represent me in both a divorce and child custody/support matters. He is understanding, kind and very knowledgeable. It was well worth the money I spent, and was able to pay my bill in a payment plan which was nice. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Kinnaird to any one needing a Family Law lawyer.

Very unprofessional behavior. Don't trust Kenton he's a thief and doesn't care about your wants and needs. He's a scammer. He will charge you way more then his services/efforts are worth. You are better off representing yourself or finding a better lawyer. He will not fight for you rather advise you to settle with your case. Is that the type of person you want representing your life, a settler? Please stay far away from this slimy snake!

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
