Hired Attorney

Ms. Eiland helped me draft a compensation agreement from the breakup of a long-term relationship. She was thoughtful, fair and incredibly attentive to the nuances of both the personal and financial arrangements. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again. As a matter of fact, I've engaged her to help me with my estate plan as well.

Everything was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I never worried about things moving along and the communication was wonderful. Since this was a first time for me to close an estate of a friend, I had no idea what to do and Debra guided me through the process and took care of any things that threatened to delay the process.

My husband and I came to Deb for a real estate question as we were exploring buying a house of market through direct sale. We ended up deciding not to purchase the house, but came back to get help creating a will and other related documents such as power of attorney, medical directives, etc. Deb was so good at explaining each of the pieces without being condescending. We felt very affirmed in our values and not pushed into any kind of one size fits all approach. We also appreciated the flexibility of being able to meet either virtually or in person.
