Cherami Ball Costigan, a partner at Robinson & Henry, P.C., is a seasoned litigator with 19 years of trial experience in both federal and state courts. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation cases and provides legal counsel to business entities and individuals, including reviewing and drafting key legal documents.
Prior to joining the firm, Cherami specialized in Errors & Omissions insurance defense, where she defended licensed professionals against a variety of claims, including negligence. Her extensive experience has led to successful outcomes in high-profile cases, including a defense verdict for broker malpractice in Boulder District Court, a defense verdict for an HOA property manager in Arapahoe District Court, and the dismissal of a lawsuit through a dispositive motion in U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Cherami has also contributed to the legal community as a co-presenter for continuing education courses for real estate brokers and provided testimony before the Colorado House of Representatives on House Bill 18-224, which passed into law. She is an active member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association.
