Attorney Toles is the best! He handled my husband’s VOP case. Attorney Toles listened to the facts of my husband’s case ( free consultation) and even reached out to the PO officer. No results from that phone call though. Attorney Toles quoted me a very reasonable price to take my husband’s new charges plus the VOP. When I tell you, attorney Toles went to fight for my husband’s release, attorney went to WAR! My husband had three days to report to his job, or else. Attorney Toles told me not to worry, that he was going to make it happen. AND HE DID IT IN TWO DAYS! I definitely recommend anyone to call attorney Toles. You speak directly to him, no other attorney’s trying to figure out what’s going on with your case, nor putting you on hold, non of that nonsense! That’s so frustrating! You call your attorney and you can’t get him on his cell, the office don’t know where he’s at, and time is running down! Attorney Toles answers every time. Attorney Toles, Thank you so much!

Mr Toles was able to secure a reduction in my sentence from 2 yrs to 6 mos. This was on his first day as my attorney. Mr Toles also got my second Felony charge dismissed.
