Although we ended up not needing to work with Mr. Erik Smith, he already had established that he responds and communicates with exceptional professionalism and speed, and that he cared to address the issue himself--not passing the matter off to an assistant. We recommend him!

Hired Attorney

Erik Smith is not a fire and brimstone attorney. He is cool and calculating with a mix of common sense and knowledge of the law. He got my alimony cut to one third of what it was and helped my get and keep custody of my son. He returns calls and emails in a very timely manner. He's got other clients but takes the time between court and clients to call. Erik Smith is very very good. Thank you, Erik.
