Hired this person who was happy to take my money but NEVER did anything to earn the thousands given. She was a joke and I feel like she cost my child any hope of having a future due to her lack of knowledge? Education? Commitment to do her job? Complete lackadaisical approach to our situation. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. I even wrote her a long letter and had it return receipt requested so I knew she got it because she signed for it and I never even got a response. No professionalism at all.
