As an associate in Hahn Loeser’s Labor & Employment practice, Rachel E. Kolecky guides clients through legal issues that may arise during the employment relationship, from hiring through termination. Rachel counsels clients on employment-related matters, drafts employment agreements and policies, and conducts training on employment matters.
Rachel’s practice is built on several years of civil litigation experience. She has experience counseling individuals and insurance companies through personal injury litigation. She has negotiated hundreds of favorable settlements for her clients, as well as received defense and favorable verdicts in civil jury trials.
Prior to her civil litigation practice, Rachel was an assistant prosecutor in a municipal court prosecuting misdemeanor and traffic offenses.
