It was a great experience, very fair and I felt he did a good job in a timely fashion.
As a new board president I am surprised by the lack of communication with all board members. Therefore, the firms, organized, reliability, good at explaining, responsive, knowledgeable, professional, compassionate, trustworthy, and determination is in question and may be questionable in stating that they “won my case,” or whether they negotiated the case in good faith compassionately. When dealing with a board all board members should be contacted and be part of any negotiation rather than dealing with one board member without the knowledge of all board officers and information known that could avoid further legal action to the board & owners. A one sided view of one board officer could be a potential financial calamity for all owners. Therefore, our legal representive has a moral responsibility to act accordingly without prejudice.
I wish I could give 0 stars! Angie B. is litterally the rudest person ever. She complained that I call a lot and started speaking loudly to me. She told me she is not customer service and she should have to answer my questions; Eventhough whenever I called they transfer me to her voicemail. She is never available and always have to leave her a voicemail. She doesn't seem to like her job very well. She was literrally unhinged. She hunged up on me because she didn't like that I called her out for being rude. Will not recommend this firm to a dead cat!!!!
