Jim Chriszt advises clients on the organization and reorganization of corporations, limited liability companies (LLCs), and partnerships, as well as on federal and state tax planning and compliance. He assists clients in planning, negotiating, and documenting mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
Jim also develops and analyzes estate and lifetime gifting plans, prepares wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents. He further specializes in developing family business arrangements, family partnerships, insurance trusts, deferred compensation, and other executive compensation arrangements.
