Brandon Henderson is the founding partner at HMW Law – Ohio Trial Attorneys. He represents individuals and families in both criminal defense and personal injury matters throughout Ohio. As a trial lawyer with more than two decades of experience, Brandon has handled a broad range of high-stakes cases, including serious felony offenses, violent crimes, Murder, white-collar investigations, sex-crime allegations, computer and internet-related crimes, and federal narcotics prosecutions.
In addition to his criminal practice, Brandon is deeply committed to advocating for victims of personal injury. HMW Law has a personal injury division which assists with complex personal injury cases involving automobile and trucking collisions, motorcycle injuries, catastrophic injuries, wrongful death, dog bites, and premises liability incidents.
