Hired Law Firm

A pipeline company threatened Eminent Domain proceedings on our property in Howard County because we wouldn't sign a blanket easement agreement. After one call from this firm, the pipeline company changed their planned path avoiding our property entirely. The pipeline through our neighborhood is now complete, and the pipeline company never once set foot on our property. Thanks

Outstanding ethics, practical solutions versus increased billings. Excellent ability to grasp the issues and formulate a strategy. Equally adaptable to client preferences versus this chosen strategy. His varied background and experiences from a JAG officer to Family Law to Corporate to Oil and Gas related is astounding. Equally important is ego never gets in the way of him saying someone else might be better equipped to handle a particular issue.
