Tess at the Weller Legal Group was very helpful during the entire process .Compassionate and very understanding. Hired Attorney Mr. Jay Weller

I would very much like to express my appreciation for all the help the Weller Group has shown me over the past few years. I filed a Chapter 13 several years ago when my husband got ill. I faithfully paid $250 to the court until paid in full. My husband passed away four years ago and now I find myself in another "mess".
I knew that if i returned to see Jay, my tears and all, he would once again make things right in my life. I want to personally thank Jay and Amy for all of their help. Keep it up!

They followed through with all the paperwork, but did not communicate with me when I needed to appear in court. Not knowing, I appeared unnecessarily. They were thorough in all the paperwork but not thorough in communicating with client.

Communication is limited. Not all of the front line employees are knowledgeable. Lawyers and paralegals are not readily accessible.

Poor communication,poor instructions,didn't provide what was promised. Cost excessive could have saved hundreds by using paralegal clinic for bankruptcy
