If you have found yourself in need of GAL services, first and foremost, my heart goes out to you! It is hands down one of the most stressful situations to find yourself in. Patience and great legal support will play a major role in a successful outcome. Jennifer Graves Borcherding is honest, fair, consistent and without a doubt has the best interest of children in mind. I highly recommend her for all of your GAL needs.
Helped me with my situation with no major problems.
As a father attempting to gain custody, I felt I was in for an uphill battle from the start. I was then even further concerned when Jennifer was assigned to my case after reading reviews on her here. However, I've been very pleasantly surprised. Jennifer is very thorough and detail-oriented. She worked as GAL, under an extremely tight schedule, due to the case circumstances. She asked the tough questions of both parties, and cut through the nonsense to see what was really going on. There was nev
I have wrote two reviews previously and were used for the ripoff report. I’m looking to speak with some of the other mothers that have went thru and still going thru a horrible situation with their innocent children. Feel free to contact me at 636-575-0442 or email at tlh9406@yahoo.com Thank you Tracy
What can be said that has not been said online 1000 times? This woman is a the absolute worst GAL in the state, maybe the US. She was paid between my ex and myself close to 15,000 dollars. She could barely remember the child's NAME in court. She makes CELL PHONE calls during testimony. She talks to the court typist about SHOPPING. She threatens your child CUSTODY if she is not paid. And I mean THOUSANDS of dollars. If you get her, petition for someone else. File a complaint at the FIRST sign of
I've been very disturbed by what I've witnessed from Jennifer Borcherding as a guardian ad litem. She said she had too many cases like it is a good excuse to neglect the kids she represents. In court, she said a visitation schedule had been agreed on which was a blatant lie. I pray I don't see a news story one day about a child who died after being abused because Jennifer didn't do her job. She is the type of person who gives good lawyers a bad name.
I wish there was a way to review on a scale of less than 1, because 0 would be far too generous a rating for Jennifer Graves Borcherding. I honestly have no idea what might happen to someone who couldn't afford to pay her fees - she threatens to have people held in contempt, to recommend the other parent get sole custody “because they’re more financially stable,” and worse. Shameful!
This coward of a person... and I say person loosely because she has to heart. This terrible GAL and I also say GAL loosely because she DOES NOT CARE ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TO THE CHILD! She has allowed my child's perpetrator back in his mom's house with him against the pediatrician, counselor, and schools strong advice not to. All involved said how detrimental it is to keep them separate, but she doesn't care. She's all about the money. Even though we were paying her to help our child she sided wit
