Would not listen to what we wanted. Misquoted our requests to opposing counsel. Promised he had taken care of matters when he had not. Misrepresented fees. Failed to follow through on getting terms accurately written into agreement. Failed to provide a final accurate copy of the judgment.

This man was dishonest with poor character and moral values
Mr. Whitney dropped the ball on my case several times to point I had to find a new attorney while half through my case. He was more concerned about being paid and not following the directives of me his client. He messed up so much and endangered the success of my case to the point I had to find another attorney due to his incompetence.
