Hired Attorney

Elizabeth McCarter denied her client due process rights to come into court on the first hearing that took all her legal rights away in 2010. Elizabeth had called Doris Daughters Attorney and said , do not have Doris at the hearing. Earlier she said Doris would make a good witness for herself as she was able to articulate what she wanted, coupled with her durable power of attorney , and the fact she was still teaching swimming lessons to babies. Mrs McCarter had knowledge, affidavits , letters, and emails that her Client was not incapacitate and that the diagnosis was reversed. Attorney did not represent her interest and allowed Doris Meltner to be kidnapped from her home,locked down in a mental ward .. ultimately died from high morphine- week early talking to everyone, Dr. Stanly Birge of Wash University in St. Louis MO her Dr. states: You can not improve with FTL dementia..Mom Improved when stress was removed. Brain Autopsy showed no Alzheimer's or frontotemporal dementia.
