The Law Offices of William Howard Dunn, P.C. is a law firm established in 1975 with an office in Claremont, NH. At this office location, there are 2 lawyers practicing trusts and estates, wills, probate and 14 other areas of law.
I met with Mr. Dunn to discuss the possibility of personal bankruptcy. The meeting cost $50 cash and he wanted almost $1500.00 for filing. While I understand that there are costs associated with filing, his rates were fairly steep for someone who is considering bankruptcy. In the end, I chose not to file. He was very helpful in explaining the course of events if I did and in answering questions.
Howard is out to make as much money as possible.My family hired him to advise us on some estate,inheritance and real estate questions and he was very aware of the poor financial status of our family.When we received the bill we were furious.And he wanted to do even more of what he called "research" so he could charge us even more fees.The information that he gave was basically what we already suspected so he was really no help at all to us except to cripple our financial situation even more.
