Tom picked up a pretty complicated case that didnt have a clear-cut winner. He was overly patient and understanding. When he had a suggested course of action, he laid everything out and even gives you his very best guess of each outcome, with context. Tom explained each and every part of the process... and he did it without ever being disingenuous with billing. His assistant Alex is warm and inviting as well as efficient. Alex was always communicative when Tom wasnt able or necessary. Tom was so good, cordial and timely that even the opposition preferred to communicate with him instead of their own counsel, and fired them. Tom won my case the very best it could and it was because of the legal maneuvers he suggested. It delayed the outcome, it costed almost twice as much as expected... and Tom explained each and every reason why things resulted as such. We won, I got exponentially more time with my daughter. Tom is a man of his word and if you dont hire him right now, theres a c
I contacted him to help my daughter with her divorce. He was excellent. Gave her great advice and assistance and helped negotiate and settle the divorce quickly and professionally. We were all very pleased. My daughter was the client but I made initial contact and paid for the services.
Tom wasted 12 months of my life and $12K-$15k of the very last of my money. He knew he wasn't prepared for trial. His pride, lethargy, and inherent sense of misogyny positioned him to exploit my mental health (or lack thereof) and leave me moneyless and lawyerless eight weeks before trial. Tom was a bully about most things e.g. "you're not listening to me," "don't question me." However, he was often chiding me for paperwork I had already given him and conversely, didn't review the discovery from opposing counsel. What Tom Brasier did was unconscionable: he coerced me a day before trial into a setback proposed by opposing counsel. He took a vacation day on my trial date and then withdrew as my lawyer the following day. All the money and time I had given him was worse than wasted. He left me literally and figuratively defenseless. Eight weeks before a new trial date and no money or resources to hire a new lawyer.
