I am extremely pleased with the service I received. O'Connor Acciani and Levy won my case for me. Yes, I would recommend their service to anyone. Typically, lawsuits take an extremely longtime to settle. However, this was not the case for me. My incident occurred one year ago today, September 3, 2024, and I received my settlement in one year, on September 9, 2025. It was not long and drawn out, nor did I attend a court hearing. During that one-year period, my lawyer-maintained communication with me by phone. The first offer was in the amount of $7,000. I told my lawyer that I would settle for $10,000. However, when I received my settlement, it was a few dollars short of $16,000. Thank you Attorney Robert Acciani. Keep up the excellent work!
