Hired Attorney Douglas Jacobs

Staff quality is to be rated highly. They were helpful, professional and personable. I personally never saw Mr. Jacobs. I spoke to him twice on the phone. He came across irritated and preoccupied. I felt his manner was condescending. Cost of services I felt was on the high end compared to other attorneys in this field.
