Ray specializes in corporate structure, business transactions, income tax, mergers and acquisitions, and trusts, estate and gift tax (including cross-generational transfer and ownership of business). He is technically proficient as a lawyer and a Certified Public Accountant, but his strength is his pragmatic approach and ability to craft simple solutions to complex problems. He has developed the skill of being able to provide concise and simple oral and written explanations of complex legal and business matters.

For more than 20 years, Ray acted as the sole managing partner of our law firm. He established most of the procedures and practices that currently are being followed by the firm. Ray enjoys traveling both domestically and abroad with his wife Inez. As a senior partner of the firm, Ray enjoys working with and supervising other attorneys. However, he so enjoys the practice of law that he wants to be immersed in the decisions that are important to the clients.
