Paul F. Stibbe concentrates on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on real estate disputes. He counsels clients on a large variety of pre-dispute issues, as well as represents their interests in complex arbitrations, mediations, and business litigation in state and federal courts. His typical matters include joint venture and partnership disputes, landlord-tenant and shopping center disputes, conveyance and post-closing disputes among real estate buyers, sellers, brokers, and managers, hospitality industry management disputes, eminent domain matters, as well as mechanics liens and construction disputes. In addition, Paul has experience representing clients in environmental, energy, bankruptcy, and products liability matters.
Paul maintains an active pro bono practice, including recent work with The National Immigrant Justice Center. Paul is also active with the American Bar Association’s Real Estate, Condemnation, and Trust Litigation Committee.
