He has his paralegal to communicate with the clients and does not return calls. I had to get myself back to work with no help from him. He constantly makes excuses for my bosses and I was off work per my bosses demand not my doctor for 1yr 3 months with out workers comp pay nor any assistance with returning to work. I have done all my own leg work despite my being in pain and now disabled. I have to travel very far on public transportation to speak with someone in his office face to face.
Terrible in communicating. Wasted time and lost my ability to sue for damages.
Mr. O'Toole was extremely lazy, unprofessional and unethical. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone and I am sorry that he was ever recommended to me and my union that I worked with. He never did anything that he said he was going to do for my workers Compensation and third party case. I finally got so fed up with his ways that I had another law firm look over my case to see if anything was being done and we found out that he had not touched the case in 2 yrs.
PAUL O'TOOLE IS A JOKE! HE IS THE WORSE WITH GETTING BACK TO HIS CLIENTS AND HAS HIS PARALEGAL DANA DO ALL OF HIS WORK. HE SET US UP ONE TOO MANY TIMES AND HAS NOT DELIVERED OTHER THEN PURE DISAPPOINTMENT. HE DID NOTHING ON MY CASE FOR TWO YEARS. HE IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL. HE SHOULD BE DISBARRED!!!
