I was in a difficult situation with my employer, and was very happy to have Lori Ecker on my side. She protected my interests every step of the way. She is smart, experienced, and will fight for you. She has an excellent reputation, is known for her integrity, and I was fortunate to have her representing me. She was able to bring the case to a happy conclusion and I would work with her again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend her.
Lori is a very thorough and competent professional who had my best interests in mind. I was always well informed and felt like I was in very good hands. She listened to the facts and asked pertinent questions and provided logical legal advice. I would highly recommend Lori to anybody that is in need of a motivated, bright and reliable legal professional.
Lori Ecker is the person to have on your side.
Experienced and responsive.
Ms. Ecker came highly recommended, she represented me in a SH/retaliation case. I was very grateful that she agreed to represent me in a complicated case against a deep-pocketed employer. The depth of Ecker's experience and the knowledge base she has built in this area of employment law are unsurpassed in the Chicagoland area. Ecker tenaciously built a record and then leveraged that record to my benefit in a court-ordered settlement conference. I would recommend Lori Ecker highly.
I wasn't pleased with was the fact her office was a complete mess. This isn't displaying a very professional image. She came across as being a bit too judgmental. My case was complex and she lacked patience and seemed like she was annoyed and didn't want to be bothered with my complex issue. I felt as if I had another battle to fight when I was already exhausted with the problems I was having with my employer. She would be fine to deal with if your case is simple but not in complex situations.
