    Charter Communications v. Irell & Manella: Represented Charter Communications in a legal malpractice action in the Central District of California arising from a law firm's representation of Charter in a major acquisition. Case settled.
    SanDisk v. Infineon Technologies: Represented Infineon in patent litigation involving flash memory devices in the Northern District of California. Case settled.
    PPC v. Arris International: Trial counsel for Arris in patent litigation in Colorado
    Wisconsin regarding coaxial cable connectors. Jury trial in Madison, Wisconsin. Cases settled following a jury verdict for PPC on some issues
    the grant of a new trial to Arris on others.
    C&W Fabricators v. Meriwether Capital: Trial counsel for the buyers of a business in an arbitration against the sellers regarding indemnification for warranty obligations. Case won.
    Balduck v. DuPont: Lead counsel for DuPont in multi-plaintiff litigation in Utah state court resulting from a fatal explosion at a third-party industrial site. Cases settled.
    Schwartz v. QUALCOMM: Represented QUALCOMM in a Colorado state court action brought by 87 former employees alleging fraud
    breach of contract in connection with unvested stock options. Obtained dismissal or summary judgment as to 81 plaintiffs. Remaining plaintiffs settled before or during trial.
    People v. Filliung: Lead trial counsel in the first-degree murder trial in Cook County, Illinois, of a defendant with a history of mental illness. Obtained a verdict of not guilty.
    SWANCC v. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers: Represented the Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County in a United States Supreme Court challenge to the scope of the Clean Water Act. Judgment reversed.
    Neder v. United States: Represented a criminal defendant challenging his convictions on fraud
    RICO charges in the United States Supreme Court. Judgment reversed in part.
