    acute surgery centers in five states, totaling approximately 200,000 square feet.
    Represented an affiliate of Dalfen Industrial in connection with its acquisition
    financing of two industrial buildings located in Anaheim, California, which was the largest transaction in Orange County, California to close that year.
    Represented an affiliate of Dalfen Industrial in connection with its acquisition of a Class A, 340,080 square foot industrial facility in San Bernadino, California, including obtaining a $58.2M loan from an integrated institutional real estate investment firm.
    Represented a Fortune 500 in connection with the sale-leaseback of over 90 of its retail stores with a purchase price in excess of $1 billion.
