Johnny Velázquez-Navarro is a licensed attorney and notary public with a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Labor Relations, both earned with honors from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico. He also holds a minor in Sociology. With a profound understanding of federal and state laws, public administration, and government affairs, Mr. Velázquez-Navarro is a highly motivated and accomplished professional known for his exceptional verbal communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills. While pursuing his degrees, Mr. Velázquez-Navarro was actively involved in various student organizations, assuming leadership roles within their governing bodies. He also participated in competitive debate tournaments, emerging victorious in the 27th edition of the National Debate Tournament Don Miguel Velázquez in Puerto Rico in 2022. Before joining CLG, Mr. VelázquezNavarro gained extensive experience with the federal government, participating in a foreclosure mediation program and contributing to a criminal law clinic. He also engaged in comprehensive legal research and analysis during a law clerkship, providing support on civil cases in Puerto Rico.
