This man needs psychiatric treatment, not a law degree! We are bringing a family member here for treat treatment. I have never talked to a person more arrogant, and ignorant in my life. In less than 30 seconds he demanded I stop taking so he could tell me what to do(loudly). Then proceeded to explain the process. I tried 2 explain that's where confusion came in for us. He didn't give me the chance to explaining they own embassy thinking as a citizen thats where they go. There they told they don't have an option for a medical visa for her husband. This man didn't even give me 2 seconds to explain that she went to the wrong embassy. He stated being accusatory and saying you just told me she went to an embassy and now she didn't. If he had impulse control, he would wait 2 seconds to listen he would have also learned that most of what's needed is done. IF YOU DONT KNOW ALL OF THE CIRCUMSTANCE YOU CANT PROVIDE DIRECTION. The total 📱 call 58 seconds. Then he hung up! GREAT LAWER 👌😆🤢
