Howard E. Silverman is Co-Chair of the Chicago Intellectual Property & Technology Department. He focuses his practice on U.S. and foreign patent, trademark and copyright matters, with particular concentration on the electrical arts and computer software, including prosecution, litigation and transactional matters.
