Property Tax Appeals

I'm not sure what other reviews are complaining about, I found Mr Walsh's office very responsive and a greast value. Basically he files a property tax appeal for me and I pay one half the difference of what my property taxes would have been had he not files. Sometimes his services were free (that is no propery assement reduction) and other times hundreds of dollars, half of what it would have cost me had he not files my appeal. This is the best fee arrange I've found and I can only win. Yes his assitant usually answers questions but most questions are procedural and they don't bill for her time.

I've had the good fortune of benefitting from Mr. Walsh's expertise several times over the past decade - fighting my ever-rising real estate taxes. Not only is he batting about .900 in winning cases, he has saved me thousands over this time!!! Mr. Walsh is also compassionate and understanding - showing me and my family extra consideration during a CV-19 hardship. Compassionate, ethical, trustworthy and genuine. Those are rarities these days. Give him a try...he's definitely a cut above the rest! Exceptional at what he does!

Chris did a great job in appealing my property taxes. I was really impressed that he was able to get them reduced! I would definetly recommend Chris's services for appealing property taxes.

Most dishonest attorney in Chicago area. Stay away. Stick you with the bill that twice bigger then you agree on the contract.
