  residential subdivisions, totaling over $75 million in Indiana, Kentucky,

  Represented a farm credit association in loan
  workout transactions relating to property in Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio,
  Florida, including approximately $30 million loan workout transaction involving 5,000+ acres of real property collateral.
  Represented an owner in 1031 like-kind exchange transactions, including approximately $10 million sale of medical facility in Kentucky
  approximately $20 million aggregate purchases of apartment complex replacement properties in Georgia.
  Served as bond counsel
  lender counsel in $10 million tax-exempt industrial revenue bond issue by Kentucky municipality for renovation
  equipping of school.
  Served as special counsel for state teachers' retirement system in drafting lease amendments for Kentucky properties.
