About Brent Eames

As the son of a union carpenter and a union teacher, Brent Eames grew up with a fundamental understanding of the struggles that ordinary people can face when standing up for their rights against corporations and insurance companies. As a result, Mr. Eames has developed a passion for fighting for people and has dedicated his entire career to exclusively representing injured victims, including all forms of wrongful death, personal injury and workers’ compensation litigation.

Brent Eames is an aggressive trial attorney who has an established track record of securing top-dollar verdicts, awards and settlements on behalf of his clients. This began during his first year of practice, when at the age of 26, Mr. Eames obtained a judgment in LaSalle County for over $1,200,000.00 on behalf of an injured pedestrian who was struck by an automobile at a high rate of speed, causing serious injuries. In the years since, Brent Eames has countless additional victories to his credit totaling millions of dollars, and he continues to fight for and secure maximum recoveries for his clients across the State of Illinois in both claims for civil personal injury and workers’ compensation.

A large focus of Mr. Eames’s practice is dedicated to the representation of firefighters and police officers who have been injured in the line of duty. I couldn't be more satisfied with Brent Eames and the way he represented me on my personal injury case. I was hurt very badly when I was struck by a car riding my bicycle. I just recently settled my case and got a check for more money that I anticipated. Brent was always calling me and updating me on my case. He explained things very well. He was always optimistic but realistic at the same time. I have recommend him since and will continue to in the future. This case was very personal for me because of my injuries but Brent got me everything I deserved.

Working with Brent Eames was the best decision I made after hurting my back on the job. Navigating through the Work Comp process is extremely challenging and he was always accessible and helpful with every situation I was faced with. Going up against one of the largest employers in the state was not a easy process but we won my case not once but twice as my employer appealed the court’s decision on the 30th day of the appeal process. I would HIGHLY recommend Eames Injury Law to everyone looking for a excellent injury attorney. His wisdom relating to the Workman’s Compensation Law is very valuable and very much appreciated.
