Stay away. I saw negative reviews online and ignored them because a prominent attorney friend recommended her. (Said friend deeply apologetic.) It was a terribly costly mistake; her work was shoddy, she made claims to expertise she did not have and her office’s billings were in the stratosphere. I have hired dozens of attorneys in my life and have a number of them in my family and this is the only time I have really been burned by incompetence.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
