Eric Fountain is Ms. Parsons paralegal. He was assigned to my case and kept the cost down and did a great job under Ms. Parson. I highly recommend this office.

She is not the type of attorney you want if you need someone on your side. Her opinions are hers and she will not represent you like an attorney should- she charges WAY TOO MUCH for what you get, I would never recommend her to a family or friend. The lack of communication, outrageous attorney fees & not representing my family like we deserved caused me to seek other counsel. She wouldn't even take a call because I owed her more that $500.

Mary Parsons does not follow through on anything. She charges for reading emails but will not do anything requested of her or fight at all for her client. Our case has dragged on for over a year solely because she will not return phone calls or even keep us informed of what is happening. She has not filed anything without much badgering and when there is a hearing she simply sits and does nothing to dispute or fight for our side.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.
