I hired Attorney Mowell to assist me with my divorce case. I had met with several other attorneys beforehand and felt they weren't responsive enough to my specific needs. I met for an initial consultation with Mitch and was nothing short of impressed. He was very direct and honest about what he felt the outcome should be. He followed through on EVERY issue I had and fought for me! If you're looking for a laid back, passive attorney, he is NOT your man. He will tell you like it is in no uncertain terms, which is a big reason I needed him. (Sometimes I tend to feel I know best, but he quickly educated me about the law). He is truly a genuine, proficient, knowledgable, professional man with little energy for BS. I had several people who refered me to him, refer to him as a "bulldog" and they were spot on. I have used Mr. Mowell on several occasions. I have found him and his staff to be friendly, professional, knowledgable, and supportive. As a novice to legal matters, he took the time to explain and keep explaining until I fully understood what was happening in every case. Not only would I recommend his firm/him I have on multiple occasions. I have worked with only one other lawyer and found Mr. Mowell to be much more personable and easy to work with, even when I was wrong.
