Hired Attorney Philip Hoon

He's a liar and a thief. Promises, promises, promises. Can't deliver on anything. Overbills because he can't cover his own salary. Everyone is chestertown hates the guy ... there's a reason. He's awful.

Hired Law Firm

Charged me more than $1000 to take a pre-written real-estate purchase contract, write in my name and send it to me for approval. When I told them to stop and return my retainer of $1500- I got back less than $500.
