William O Spencer did not place hold/freezes on the accounts enjoined by the court allowing the plaintiff to be able to deplete all accounts from funds; therefore all assets were allowed to be depleted so that mother could not receive any compensation of what her second husband stole from her by forging her name on release forms and taking all funds for himself and his children. At one point I was able to have the bank hold funds deposited from a sale of stock; which he disagreed.

Hired Attorney Mr. William Spencer Jr.

Closing was supposed to take place on July 31, 2017 and the contracts had been signed since June 6th. This attorney is horrible to work with! No communication with the real estate agent, buyer or sellers.

no communication, never get calls back. Has taken several months to do something that the court states should only take a couple of weeks at most it has been months.
