My daughter was facing 3 felony charges and Mister Furman was able to get the judge in the prosecutor to agree to reinstate her probation and was very good at communicating with me all the proceedings answer the phone properly when I called and return them ASAP he is a super lawyer in my opinion and I would recommend him to anyone who has need of criminal law or civil law for that matter
My son's car was hit in a parking lot by another guy who backed into him. Mr. Ferman was able to prove to the insurance company that it was 100% the other guy's fault. Through his skills of negotiation and litigation, Mr. Ferman saved us money. When the insurance company totaled our son's car they originally were going to give us 75% of the value, but since Mr. Ferman proved it was 100% the other guy's fault, we got to recoup the full value to use to purchase a new car for our son. I used Mr. Ferman for a divorce. as someone said already guy lies, and I as well agree he is a thief . He required $3,000 retainer fee which was P.I.F. Then 3 months he requested additional 1,500 prior to our 1'st court appearance! I asked about the extra he said to cover the trial date he set to finalize it all. In the trial ON BENCH, he requested a lunch recess and told me he was there longer then he expected, and needs addition 2,000 or will quit. He came back filed motion to withdraw.....
I was patient with Mr Ferman for about a year. The guy lies, is a thief and has no integrity. He never consistently returned my phone calls in a timely manner. He scheduled appointments with me at his office and never showed or made me wait for an hour and a half. He also never followed through with what he said and just told me what I wanted to hear. He and his secretary were also very incompetent and obtuse. I would not recommend this attorney to someone I didn't like. I feel I've been robbed.
