Mike handled my divorce in February 2015. When he failed to do with the divorce decree was to make my ex-wife remove my name from her mortgage by refin. Since he failed to do that, my life has been a nightmare the past eight years! Please make it right Mike, I thought you were a reputable man…

As a mediator, Michael Fioretti acted sexist, was completely biased, and out of touch with how the world works. He is the opposite of what one would want in a mediator. A total good ol boy. DO NOT USE

If your soon to be ex-spouse has hired Michael Fioretti & you have young children watch out. He will have your spouse lying & turning your child or children against you. That is what happened to me 30 yrs. ago. There was no such thing as Parental Alienation, now it's considered Child Abuse. I would have sued my ex-spouse & Fioretti. It was a nightmare. I won my case but lost my son.

Mr. Fioretti worked with my husband’s attorney and believe it or not my attorney to draft a mediation agreement that 💯 favored my husband. He rude and condescending to me and completely disregarded my outmost concerns- he did not consult with me on any financial matters- I have a witness to him hat but rather presented one offer and when asked if there was a formula to determine that number he responded no. Because I was a single woman I was discriminated against and when he said, “your ex- husband would like to thank you for ruining his career and his family, “ I was so shaken- I should have left then- he harassed me and left for an appointment before I was tricked into signing the mediation agreement-
