About Jeffrey Steven Hark

I have been a civil, criminal, and workers compensation trial attorney for the last 29 years successfully represented clients against many Fortune 2000 companies for injuries their drivers have caused on the major highways in this state.  I have also represented many commercial drivers who have been injured while employed.  Whether it is through successful law suits in Superior Court or workers compensation claims we are ready to fight for you and help you secure all the benefits you are entilted to under New Jersey law.   We also handle crimal matters in all the counties in New Jersey.  As a trial attorney well versed in the Rules of Evidence and the criminal code, I have successfully represented many individuals charges with serious and substantial crimes through out the state.    We are available to meet with you at your home or any location you feel comfortable in, as well as my office, to discuss your civil or criminal case within 24 hours.  Me and my staff are committed to helping you with your individual legal matter to the best of our ability.
