Rose is a private wealth lawyer whose practice focuses on international succession planning for UHNW individuals and families, the creation and structuring of trusts, family governance, defensive structuring and general tax planning work. She is an industry-leading advisor of Next Generation / NextGen wealth owners.
Bringing years of expertise to the role, Rose’s specialist areas include creating bespoke wealth preservation structures that incorporate best practice governance principles and robust defence mechanisms to protect against family conflict and external attacks. She advises on sustainable succession plans and works with families to identify and manage disruptions. She has received industry recognition and awards for her creation of an innovative ownership and decision-making entity for use within offshore wealth preservation structures.
Rose works closely with families, their trustees, advisors and family offices. Her work has a strong international flavour and she commonly works with next-generation family members. A major element of Rose’s role is working with families to design family constitutions as an integral component of their planning. She has significant practical experience in structuring and advising family offices.
Careers
Rose joined Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove as a partner in 2014. Before that, she had been a partner at Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co (now Gowling WLG), where she worked from 2006. Rose trained and qualified at Simmons & Simmons from 2002, working with the same firm until 2006.
