Matthew’s primary focus is the structuring of private wealth through trusts, companies, life assurance policies, collective investment vehicles and hybrid entities. Career
Matthew joined Wiggin Osborne Fullerlove (then Wiggin & Co) in 1999, becoming a partner in 2001.
Prior to this, Matthew had trained at Radcliffes & Co from 1993 to 1995 before working for Wilde Sapte (now Dentons) from 1995 to 1997. In 1997, Matthew joined Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, where he worked until 1999, acting principally for structured finance and asset finance groups of investment banks based in London, New York, Hong Kong and Sydney.
