Hired Attorney

Jason was responsible for my criminal defense. He would not answer me for months at a time until I emailed his boss or until I found his wife’s personal email and emailed them to get him to get back in contact with me. He yelled at me two different times over the phone because I asked him what I could be doing to help him. He never even showed up to my pre-trial hearing did not send in it. Different attorney did not let the court know he just let me sit in the courtroom for 12 hours. And because of his gross negligence, even though my case was ultimately dismissed, I will forever for the rest of my life be known as a child abuser.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
