Daniel Habenicht and his paralegal, Kathy Pease were extremely helpful and informative during a difficult time in my life. I felt comfortable discussing personal details of my divorce and both were compassionate and professional. I have since referred two friends to Daniel and will continue to suggest him to those who seek out legal services.

I regrettably retained Mr. Habenicht for a family law issue that he seemed completely worthless at resolving. I had what other attorney's described as a pretty cut and dry case but years later Mr. Habenicht has barely tread water. I even missed out on a job opportunity and had my license suspended because of how inept he has been at representing me. His office staff was great at the beginning but I have almost no confidence in Mr. Habenicht's abilities as an attorney.
