In 2015 KEARNS, DEP; PCSO (not sure if he’s still active), used excessive force against me when I was not their intended person for pick up. I denied them access being they had only an arrest warrant, not a search warrant. Kearns assaulted me upon my re-entry of my home after I was forced out, my reason for re-entry being I heard them literally throwing around my washer and dryer. I told my lawyer about it at the time, Henry Crider—and he said it was “out of his pay grade” to represent that issue. He just turned a cold shoulder to me, (18 at the time). Just goes to show how all of these people work together and cops are just post traumatized bullies. I’d love to see Kearns again one day. I want to ask him why he wrote specifically obstructing w/out force on my ticket. Wanted to emphasize the fact you “didn’t use force” when you did, I know you remember everything and my Father too. Cowards.
