Hired Attorney Robert Dwoskin

He was supposed to be my advocate since I was out of state. He sided with my ex-husband instead of me and I feel my divorce agreement was not as fair it should have been.

Hired Law Firm

Robert Dwoskin is the worst lawyer, he was late to the court hearing and asked me to plead guilty against my will, his reason was because he didn't have time to stay for the hearing. He had another hearing due in 30 minutes, he is almost like criminal, like to take money and walk away and doesn't defend the client, he should be banned forever.

So far it has taken me two years to try to clear the mess he has created. I have heard from numerous people in the courts that he should not be practicing law anymore.

Hired Law Firm

Tried to get me to sign a legal separation without either me or him reading the 35 page document. Always late on deadlines. I would not use this attorney nor recommend.

Hired Attorney Robert Dwoskin

Mr. Dwoskin met with me for what was advertised as a free consultation. He then charged me $100.00, assured me he would go over the information I provided, and I never heard back from him again. He did not return phone calls, letters, or emails.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database.
