About Rachel E. Brinson

Rachel Brinson’s practice focuses primarily on business and civil litigation matters. She handles disputes involving contract drafting and interpretation; breach of fiduciary duty claims and other business torts; non-compete and non-solicitation agreements; purchase and sale of membership interests; commercial landlord-tenant disputes including summary ejectments; injunctions; actions involving fraud and unfair and deceptive trade practices; entity formation and dissolution; and closely held business disputes, especially involving limited liability companies.

Rachel has been involved in litigation in the North Carolina Business Court as well as North and South Carolina trial courts. Rachel has helped guide clients through alternative dispute resolution methods including arbitrations conducted through the American Arbitration Association as well as voluntary and mandatory mediations. She has also participated in the representation of businesses in Equal Employment Opportunity Commission investigations.

Rachel is a proud double Tar Heel and enjoys traveling with her husband and Australian Shepherd.
