ZERO STARS...THE WORST experience ever! Egomaniac who is so busy bragging about himself and his experience he can’t hear you detail your needs. STAY AWAY FROM HIM! Personality… Condescending, arrogant, bloated ego, ego maniacal and basically thinks he knows it all. He doesn’t and he can’t back up any of what he says. Professionally… He’s a has been. The first two meetings were dominated by him telling us how great he was, how everyone knew him, how he’s the guy that speaks at seminars and how everyone in Charlotte knows him and thinks he’s the greatest. He acts like he’s doing you a favor to answer your questions. Take my word, he’s the worst. Communication… Forget about having communication. Numerous calls with no calls back. Never available when needed. Replies to emails slowly at best. No detail. For over two decades I’ve owned my own business dealing with hundreds of other professionals and this is by far the very worst communicator I’ve ever met. STAY AWAY FEOM HIM!
