He regularly represents and advises investment banks, debt funds, REITs, financial institutions, and other lenders in originating commercial real estate loans secured by a variety of real estate asset classes, such as multifamily, retail, mixed-used, office, industrial, and hospitality properties. He has a wide range of experience with all aspects of commercial real estate financings, including mortgage and mezzanine financings, fee and leasehold financings, financings structured for securitization, and warehouse pledges. Michael’s background also includes representing real estate owners, developers, and investors in connection with the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial real estate properties.
