Hired Attorney

As a relator engaged in a national qui tam "whistleblower" healthcare case, my excellent out of state counsel were looking for local expertise to assist. And for the past ten years, he has counseled myself and my medical practice through the complexities of a case, along side the DOJ, against two billion dollar companies. Hired Attorney

When searching for representation in Charlotte, James Wyatt's name came up more than once. After meeting with several attorneys and finally with James it was clear who I wanted to represent me. Through the entire process with the courts, federal agents and federal prosecutors continuously referred to James as the best defense attorney in Charlotte. One even referred to him as the "Dream Team of Criminal Defense" A prosecutor told me years later when you are across the table from James Wyatt you better be prepared. If you listen and follow James' advice he will deliver the best possible outcome for your situation.
